1. Who is responsible

NWI-Media is a brand of New Ways of Investing SRL, a company registered in Bucharest, Romania. It decides how your data is used (it is the “data controller”).

Our services may be provided by New Ways of Investing SRL or by one of its subsidiaries, including in Brussels, Belgium. The company providing your service is always named in your quote, contract and invoice.

2. What we collect and why

When you ask for an estimate: your answers about your business (sector, trade, areas, what you sell, prices, volumes, team, budget, your role), the estimate calculated from them, and your contact details (first and last name, email, phone, company). We also record the page and the campaign link you came from, and how long the questionnaire took. We use them to send you the estimate, to contact you about it as you agreed when ticking the box, and to prepare a proposal if you want one. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and your consent.

While you answer the questionnaire: your answers are saved as you go, even if you don’t finish it, without your name or contact details (on the contact form, we only note which fields are filled in, never what you type), to see where the questionnaire can be improved. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our website.

When you ask us to write to you later: only your email address, to write to you when the time is right. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

When you write to us by email or on WhatsApp: what you send us, so we can answer. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta); its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

When you browse the site: your IP address and technical details about your browser, which our host needs to show the site and protect it against attacks. When you send the form, your IP address is also used for 10 minutes to block abuse; it is not stored with your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

3. Cookies and storage in your browser

The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It only keeps what it needs to work:

• nwi-lang (cookie, 1 year): the language you chose, only if you pick one yourself.
• nwi-sound (stored in your browser): whether you turned the sound off.
• Your questionnaire answers in progress and a visit ID (stored in the tab): erased when you close the tab.
• Cloudflare may set a security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell visitors from bots.

These are needed for features you ask for or for security, so they need no consent. If we ever add measurement or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

4. Who receives your data

We never sell your data. Only the NWI-Media team, and the group company providing your service, can see your requests. We use two providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and security of the site.
• Google (Google Workspace): our email and the spreadsheet where requests are stored.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Data outside the European Union

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Estimate requests and contact details: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a client: for as long as we work together, then as long as accounting and tax law requires.
• “Write to me later” emails: until you ask us to stop, and at most 3 years.
• Unfinished questionnaires: 12 months.
• Technical data used against abuse: 10 minutes for the form; our host keeps its security logs for a short time only.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a reusable format, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). Write to contact@nwi-media.com: we answer within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Romania, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or the authority of your own country, for example the CNIL in France (www.cnil.fr) or the Data Protection Authority in Belgium (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

8. About the estimate

The estimate is calculated automatically from your answers and market data. It is indicative only and decides nothing about you.

9. Security

The site is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form checks every request, and access to requests is limited to our team.

10. Changes

We update this page when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
